Returns & Refunds Policy – GRNOX

At GRNOX, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our 4x4 lighting systems and off-road accessories. Every product is inspected before dispatch, packaged securely, and designed for long-term performance.
However, if an issue occurs, this policy explains when returns are accepted, the conditions required, and how refunds are processed.

This policy applies to all orders placed through grnox.com.

1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Window)

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order only if one of the following applies:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product arrived with visible scratches

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product does not function upon first use

If your case meets these conditions, GRNOX will cover all return shipping costs.

Returns outside of these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Eligible Items (Strict Conditions)

For safety and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been installed, connected, or used

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Items exposed to 220V or any improper voltage

  • Products damaged by improper wiring, overloading, or short circuits

  • Items modified, tampered with, or wired by third-party technicians

  • Products missing original packaging, components, cables, or accessories

Any item showing signs of installation marks or wiring attempts is automatically ineligible for return or refund.

3. Items Damaged After Installation

If a product becomes damaged after installation, it is not eligible for return or refund.

This includes damage related to:

  • Wrong polarity connections

  • Incorrect wiring or grounding

  • Loose mounting

  • Electrical overloads

  • Damage caused by unqualified installers

Installed automotive LED components cannot be accepted for safety and regulatory reasons.

4. Required Evidence for Return Claims

To process a return request, GRNOX requires clear photo or video evidence, including:

  • Unboxing footage (if available)

  • Visible defect or damage

  • Proof of non-functionality

  • Images of the wiring (if electrical failure is claimed)

  • Photos of internal/external packaging

Electrical or functional defect claims must include video proof demonstrating the issue.

Without evidence, the return cannot be approved.

5. Return Authorization (Mandatory)

All returns must be pre-approved by our support team.
Unauthorized returns will be automatically rejected and sent back to the customer.

6. Packaging Requirements for Returns

To ensure safe transit, customers must:

  • Use original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components

  • Secure and protect the product using internal padding

  • Ensure no loose parts inside the box

GRNOX is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon arrival → GRNOX covers all return shipping charges.

  • If the item is classified as non-eligible → the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

GRNOX does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

8. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received at our facility:

  1. Inspection occurs within 24–48 hours

  2. You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection

  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund processing times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Replacement Policy

If your item is confirmed defective due to a manufacturing issue, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement unit at no additional cost

Replacements are shipped once the defective item is received and verified.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from GRNOX, the customer agrees to:

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery

  • Contact GRNOX within 7 days if any issue exists

  • Ensure installation is performed by a qualified automotive electrician

  • Follow the recommended voltage and wiring instructions

  • Understand that incorrect installation voids return eligibility

Automotive LED components must be handled with precision and installed professionally.

11. Safety & Compliance Notice

Installed or electrically connected LED systems pose regulatory and safety risks if returned.
For this reason, GRNOX cannot accept items that have been used, connected, wired, or mounted.

This is consistent with global automotive and electronic component return standards.

12. Exceptions

GRNOX reserves the right to evaluate special cases individually, particularly if the issue concerns:

  • Shipping damage not visible from outside

  • Logistics handling errors

  • Rare technical malfunctions

Our goal is fairness and transparency.
