However, should an issue occur, this policy clearly defines return eligibility, refund procedures, and customer responsibilities — ensuring transparency and confidence in every purchase.

7-Day Return Eligibility

(For Faulty or Damaged Products Only)

Return requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery only if one of the following conditions applies:

  • The product arrived physically damaged
  • The product arrived with visible defects or scratches
  • The product contains a verified manufacturing defect
  • The product does not function upon first use

If the claim is approved under these conditions:

GRNOX will cover all return shipping costs.

Returns outside these conditions are generally not accepted unless required by local consumer protection law.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Strict Technical Safety Standards

Due to the technical nature of automotive electrical systems, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been installed, mounted, or connected
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Products exposed to improper voltage (including 220V misuse)
  • Items damaged due to incorrect wiring, short circuits, or overload
  • Products modified, altered, or handled by unqualified installers
  • Items missing original packaging or included components

Any product showing installation marks, mounting attempts, wiring modifications, or structural changes will be considered non-returnable under this policy.


Installed Product Damage

Products damaged after installation are not eligible for return or refund.

This includes failures caused by:

  • Incorrect polarity connections
  • Improper wiring or grounding
  • Loose or unstable mounting
  • Electrical overload
  • Installation performed without professional expertise

Automotive LED components must be installed with technical precision.


Required Evidence for Claims

To process any return request, clear supporting documentation is required.

This may include:

  • Unboxing video (recommended)
  • Clear photos of visible damage or defect
  • Video showing functional failure
  • Images of wiring setup (if electrical issue is reported)
  • Photos of internal and external packaging

Incomplete evidence may result in claim rejection.

Return Packaging Standards

GRNOX covers all return shipping costs.

If the product does not qualify under this policy:

Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

No restocking fees apply to approved returns.


Refund Processing

After receiving the returned product:

  • Customers are notified once the inspection is complete
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Replacement Policy

If a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed:

You may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement unit at no additional product cost

Replacement shipments are dispatched after defect verification.


1-Year Product Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper wiring
  • Use of incorrect voltage
  • Physical damage during installation
  • Installation performed without proper technical knowledge
  • Handling errors or misuse during mounting

Professional installation by a qualified automotive electrician is strongly recommended.

Incorrect installation or improper handling voids warranty coverage.


Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, customers agree to:

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery
  • Report any issue within 7 days
  • Ensure professional installation
  • Follow correct wiring and voltage standards
  • Handle all components carefully during installation

Automotive-grade LED systems require technical accuracy during installation.


Safety & Regulatory Notice

Installed electrical components may present safety risks if improperly handled.

For this reason:

Installed or wired products generally cannot be returned, except where required by applicable consumer laws.
