By accessing or using the Website, you automatically agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

5.2 Minor variations may occur due to manufacturer improvements, batch updates or screen display differences.
5.3 Where applicable, GRNOX lighting systems are designed to comply with relevant European performance and safety standards (UNECE/ECE where applicable).
5.4 Each product undergoes technical inspection and quality control before shipment.

6. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

6.1 After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email summarising your purchase.
6.2 A binding contract is formed only when GRNOX confirms that the order has been dispatched.
6.3 GRNOX reserves the right to:

Limit quantities purchased per customer or household
Refuse or cancel orders involving pricing or listing errors
Reject transactions suspected of fraud or abuse
Cancel orders due to stock unavailability

6.4 If an ordered item is no longer available, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or an alternative product.

7. Pricing & Payment

7.1 All prices are displayed in EUR (or local currency where supported).
7.2 GRNOX operates under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model for many destinations. In most cases, prices are intended to include:

International shipping
Customs duties (where applicable)
Import taxes (where applicable)
Handling fees

However, in rare situations, local authorities may apply additional rules or charges that are outside of our direct control.

7.3 Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

8. Shipping & Delivery

8.2 Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days worldwide via DHL Express.
8.3 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees, as external delays may occur due to customs, weather, courier restrictions or other factors beyond our control.
8.4 Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or reshipment costs.
8.5 All shipping conditions form an integral part of these Terms, as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Eligibility

9.1 Returns are accepted strictly as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9.2 Eligible returns typically include:

Products damaged during transit
Manufacturing defects
Items not functioning upon delivery

9.3 Non-eligible returns include, without limitation:

Installed, used or modified products
Damage caused by applying 220V or incorrect voltage
Damage caused by improper wiring or installation
Damage caused by third-party technicians
Products returned without original packaging or key components

9.4 Non-eligible products may, in some cases, qualify for discounted replacement at GRNOX’s discretion.

10. Warranty (Manufacturing Defects Only)

10.1 GRNOX products include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
10.2 Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
10.3 The warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation
Physical impact or external force
Exposure to non-standard voltage or polarity
Short circuits, blown fuses or vehicle electrical damage
Installation by unqualified technicians
Misuse, modification, neglect or improper handling

10.4 Warranty claims may require proof, including photos, videos, serial numbers or installation details.

11. Technical Disclaimer

11.1 Installation guidance provided through the Website, manuals or customer support is for general reference only.
11.2 GRNOX is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect wiring, overloading, improper fitting or deviation from recommended installation practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 GRNOX is not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profit or revenue
Electrical system failure
Battery drainage
Short circuits or blown fuses
Vehicle downtime or loss of use
Labour, installation or removal costs

12.2 GRNOX’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product concerned.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, certain rights under EU or UK consumer law).

13. Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeit

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence (for example, within the EU or UK).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA, without limiting any rights you may have to bring a claim in your local court under applicable consumer law.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GRNOX and supersede any prior communications, representations or agreements relating to your use of the Website and purchases made through it.
